What are users going to in your website? What are users not going to? Consider what content you should expand and promote and also content that can be removed.
The best two tools to study user behavior flows are Bounce Rate and Site Navigation. Bounce Rate shows a percentage of users who did not interact with a web page after opening it. Site Navigation shows a visual of how users journey through your site. Consider why users are not looking at some content and dropping off of pages.
Where are your users coming from? Consider traffic referals from other websites as well as on campus vs. remote students.
