On Monday, April 8, 2024, YOUR SCHOOL will be in the path of a solar eclipse.  We will experience a complete blocking of the Sun by the Moon for more than three minutes on that afternoon. The eclipse will begin at TIME pm. Totality starts at TIME pm. The end of the eclipse will be at TIME pm. During totality, the sky will be as dark as it is at night. You will be able to see the distant stars plus Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, and Mars lying along a line with Jupiter above and to the left of the eclipsed Sun and the other three down and to the right.
