PDAT members can assist CONTENTdm users with building and maintaining their collections. Whenever a question arises, contact PDAT at pdat@elist.palni.org and they will be happy to help.

Note: CONTENTdm users should not submit support requests directly to OCLC. Please send your concerns to PDAT, and we will take it from there.
PDAT Training
PDAT offers in-person training at your library. We'll work with you to configure your collections and map your metadata fields. We can also demo the CONTENTdm software, help you with compound objects, and show you how to use the OCR license. Please send an email to pdat@elist.palni.org to request a training visit.
