Turning on this setting allows users to send your library direct e-mail reports when they try to access an item and encounter a broken link. The user is given the option to provide contact information, which allows you to provide access to the item for them.
Want Lisa’s help with troubleshooting these reports? You are welcome to use email@example.com as the primary address to receive the reports, or add her as one of the recipients of a group mailing list that receives the reports. To request assistance, email firstname.lastname@example.org to get started with adding Lisa as a recipient of the reports.
