ACRL launched Library Benchmark, its proprietary platform for hosting the annual ACRL Academic Library Trends and Statistics Survey in November 2021. The platform includes current survey management and past data for analysis. Benchmark replaces the PALNI ACRLMetrics portal from Counting Opinions.
PALNI members who opted in to a full subscription for 2023-2024 have access to all features in this guide. Libraries who opted out retain access to current and past local surveys and responses. All PALNI libraries may request reports and data for local, PALNI group, or other peer comparisons by contacting Analytics Coordinator Heather Loehr.
