A Minimalist Weeding List

Generates a quick weeding list. Prompt for date of publication (earlier than), and/or last issued date (earlier than). Optional prompts for shelving location, and call number range to create a manageable list. 

Circulation Activity Trends

View total check-out trends by total, format, location, call number class, and borrower category. Date period prompt. 

Circulation Loan Events by Call Number Class

Creates list of total check-outs, renewals, and soft check-outs of items by call number classes. Use to evaluate use by area of collection. Prompt for date range. Pre- and post-query filters for item format and shelving location.

Circulation of Purchased Items by Format for Libraries using LHR Item Cost

Use to generate list of loan totals on items. Includes LHR Item Cost for creating cost-per-use calculations in Excel. Filters include item format and location. Row limit 50,000.

Cost per Circulation for Libraries using ACQ

Use to generate list of loan totals on items purchased via Acquisitions module. Includes expended amount and cost-per-use calculations. Filters include item format and date of purchase. 

COUNTER 5 Total Book and Journal Turnaways Detail by Item Platform

Use as alternative to Standard Merged E-Journal/E-Book Usage Summary to include Item Platform. Can be filtered by date range. 

E-Journal Year of Publication Use Analysis (COUNTER 5)

COUNTER 5 TR_J4. Compare use of e-journal titles between platforms and by Year of Publication (YOP). Prompt to filter report by use date. 

Electronic Journals with KB Collection and Conspectus Division-Category

Create a list of e-journals with KB Collection Name and LC Conspectus Division. Choose your institution only from required prompt. Optional but recommended query filter for Collection Name. Optional filter and input control for Conspectus Division. 

Enhanced Item Inventory Report LC-Libraries (option for Dewey libraries)

Report includes selected fields from the FTP Circulation Item Inventories Report, with publisher, call number class, and LC conspectus detail. Circulating/barcoded items only. Query filters for shelving location; internal filters available. 

Item Circulation Statistics by Shelving Location

List report of item details and circulation date by specified shelving locations (prompts with internal filters). Optional circulation date range filter.

Items that Have Not Circulated Since a Specific Date

Use date prompt for Last Isssued Date equal to or earlier than specified. 

Items with Zero Circulations

Identifies items with no circulation activity. Prompt to query by shelving locations. Internal filters for branch, shelving location, material formats. 50,000 row limit.

Percentage of Collection and Loans by Classification

Provides tables and charts of collection holdings and loans by classification for a prompted time period. Designed by Shawn Denny.

Print Journals Circulation Events Activity

Measures for check-out, soft check-out, renew, and check in. Designed for journals; use local shelving locations for journals at prompt. Summary and details tabs.

Publication Date Distribution Analysis by Conspectus Location Class

Publication decade frequency distribution, publication date median, optional conspectus division input filters. Tabs for distribution by conspectus, shelving location, and call number class.

Title and Item Quantities by Conspectus and Format

Provides Title and Item quantities by OCLC subject conspectus. Secondary tabs provide format detail. 

Title and Item Quantities by LC Class and Format

Provides Title and Item quantities by LC Class and Subclass. Secondary tabs provide format detail. 

Title Circulation by Year of Acquisition (in development)

Report counts total check-out and renewal events for items since they were acquired. Prompts you to set a date range for acquisition (LHR date entered on file) and circulation events. Developed by Shawn Denny.
